Can we attribute Matusz's failures as a starter to the O's decree of not allowing cutters as well? Or did they not do that until after he had been moved form the rotation? Pretty crazy how highly regarded he was as a prospect an how abysmal he was as a starter. ALways thought he'd be an awesome reclamation

This is about how I feel. It's a bummer that he's striking out so much but despite that he's been productive. Once he figures it out he should be even better.
