It amuses me that since the July 4 trade, Hendricks and Wada have been clearly better pitchers than Samardzija and Hammel, so much so that the Cubs' staff hasn't missed a beat.

O's hangout can't understand how they can lose to an NL team.

Giving up a HR to a guy that has 3 HR's all year. (Never mind that he's been up in the bigs for about 6 weeks total)

The WGN broadcast just agreed with you.

I am convinced that either Len or the producers monitor this board.

They're just despondent because losing 3 games to an NL team means 5 losses in the standings.

Or he's watching it on live TV and we're watching it on delayed MLB.TV

Yeah, I had to check the timestamp on that.

Or he's watching it on live TV and we're watching it on delayed MLB.TV

It was a 5 minute difference

Theo has mentioned they look at stuff from time to time. Used to read SoSH back when he was with Boston and mentioned getting other takes as being valuable. I'd be shocked if they aren't aware of here.

OH posters saying they're starting to hate the Cubs as much as the Red Sox and Yankees. So we've got that going for us, which is nice.

Wada's pitch count is pretty high for the 6th inning, though. 88 pitches through 6, what's his MLB career high?

They know Theo is a bad ass.

103 pitches is Wada's career high, he's never gone more than 7 innings.
