if it included samardzija, hammel, valbuena, and alcantara from the cubs side, it'd truly have to be stunning, indeed.

i also don't really trust the a's system. addison russell completely tore his hamstring. ynoa is a poor bullpen guy old for his league. their alcantara underwent tjs in may. mckinney as another outfielder with schwarber, bryant, almora, soler, etc etc...

In all honesty, I can't imagine dealing Shark this early without getting back a major league pitcher back. Out of Straily, Pomeranz, and Millone, I'd think one is definitely involved in this.
