My fantasy advice always pick up the guy pitching against the cubs. That way there is a really good chance he puts up solid stats, and if he doesn't, you're at least happy because they cubs won (probably).

Regardless,it beats going with a borderline Cub because then you face putting up awful stats AND the cubs getting hammered.
