Double off the wall for Almora

Almora started the year 0 for 9. Less than 3 games later he's hitting .381 for the season.

Dude just hits everywhere. If it weren't for the damn injuries he'd seem invincible.

A small irrational side of me thinks he could hit like .280 in the big leagues right now.

Great outing for Pimentel, good to see him bounce back after getting hit around his first start. 6 IP , 3 H, 1 R, 10/1 K/BB, 1 HR

I just hope there is twenty homers a year in there somewhere.

We should have an Almora-o-meter only it will actually have good averages on it

But seriously what's the Almora-o-meter up to now?

.360, he had 3 outs in between his 2 hits in game one and that last single.

Well that explains why it seemed like so long between his first hit and his most recent.

Rivero got a groundout to end the 8th then struck out the side(all swinging) in the 9th to get the save.

Fun to see Rivero and Rosscup racking up the K's.

At the big-league level, Rondon has continued to look good. I think he's a keeper.

Not sure I'm going to regret missing out on Josh Fields.

Granted, it's a major league discussion, but Strop, Rondon, and Grimm are all very impressive at times. I guess I lump Schlitter and Parker together, but I'd probably bet one of them can become a long term contributor.

Then we have Vizcaino, Rivero, and Ramirez all with good chances of helping this year and in the future. Rosscup too.

I LOVE our pen moving forward.
