This is entirely on the coaching staff. The defense is not playing football anymore. Can't tackle, poor play calling, players have no clue what to do. They are watching the game.

What I've been saying all year.

Tucker is a dud, folks. Defense will suck as long as he is DC, mark it down.

Its okay guys. Packers would have scored anyways.

This just gives Cutler and the Bears more time to score and take the lead before halftime.

The Packers would have scored if the Bears pick up the ducking loose ball at their feet??

What's the rule on advancing a fumble?

Not touched -- run it in for a a TD

it was touched, though.

If you are the Packers it's allowed. If you are anyone else, illegal.

The ball can't be advanced by anyone but the runner on 4th down or within 2 minutes, otherwise it's fine.

I don't know, but the forward motion of Rodgers' hand clearly propelled the ball several yards after it was loose.

Isn't that an intent play? Meaning if it's incidental they won't call batting the ball?

No, if it was called in incomplete pass.

I imagine you are right.
