So this is interesting.....if the Bengals win at home against Minnesota this week, and the Ravens manage to beat New England at home this week, it sets up a situation where if the Bengals beat Baltimore in week 17, they clinch the playoffs, division, and a bye. If they lose to the Ravens, they miss the playoffs.

Unless New England loses at home to Buffalo, in which case they would miss the playoffs.

Those scenarios both assume Miami wins out

ETA which could involve them getting a bye

Also the Colts would have to lose to the Chiefs in that scenario because two Colts wins+Bengals loss+Patriots loss gives them the bye. All of the AFC playoff scenarios became a lot more interesting after last weekend. It would be even more so if Denver had anybody left on their schedule.

The Broncos are 4-2 on the road with close wins in 2 of those games, so I wouldn't be surprised to see them struggle or lose one of those last 2.

Another interesting scenario is that Washington could end up with the worst record in the NFL, and St. Louis owns their first rounder.

In the NFC, Seattle is the only team that's actually clinched a playoff spot. The #1 seed (Seattle if they win 1 more time) and #2 seed (NFC South champion) are more or less settled, but none of the four others are even close.

This is going to be a wild final couple of weeks.

The Niners are pretty much in also. The only way they miss the playoffs is if they lose at home to Atlanta on Monday, Arizona wins in Seattle on Sunday and then Arizona beats SF in Week 17. Whether they get the 5 or 6 seed depends on if they beat Arizona since they'll lose the tiebreaker to either Carolina or New Orleans.
