I'm trying to figure out the bounce upon landing...did he have his arm out and bounce from that? Did he bounce off the defender? Either way someone should be hurt, right?

Looks like his arms were fully extended and absorbed the impact. That must have really fucked up his shoulders.

im more worried about his right elbow, that could have been gruesome.

He's out indefinitely with a torn ligament(s) in his left arm

I mean, he had to do it or he'd be out with a broken face, but still....ouch.
