At a bar in little rock drinking in the tears of cards fans.

And loving it.

I'll paypal you money to order a shot called Cardinal tears.

No paypal required. What is the shot?

Either 52 Budweisers or something involving untimely deaths I guess. Too happy to be clever right now

Well, this is fun.

I guess it does make me feel better to know the guy who oversaw most of this for Boston is now in charge of us.

you're not gonna do that X amount of WAR was from Theo and y was from CHerington thing?

I wonder how Boston fans feel about this as a whole.

The ones I've seen feel like Cherington cleaned up Epstein's mess and give much more credit to the deeper organization than they do Epstein personally.

I heard that from my one Red Sox fan friend but wasn't sure how widespread it was.

I don't think it was Holliday getting that throw 15 feet wide of home plate that kept Napoli at 3rd there Tim.

considering that the cards had a line of .330/.402/.463/.865 this season with runners in scoring position, versus .236/.297/.356/.653 with the bases empty, i'm finding this regression to the mean to be delightful.

Attempting to explain to any of their fans how [expletive] lucky they were all season with RISP, Allen Craig in particular, was absolutely mind numbing.

It was all about their approach!!!

This is sooooooooooooo delicious. I hope they get it to 10-0 and I can make fun of the Cardinals for quitting and listen to their fans' tears of rage falling on the ground.

man, remember when everyone in new england hated john lackey and wanted to run him out of town on a rail?

That's really not looking like the terrible contract it did the last couple years.

I noticed a pretty high percentage of GRB posters acknowledging that. But obviously that's not your average fan.
