At least he got them into the zone and helped hold possession, unlike everyone on the 1st unit who just aimlessly dumped the puck in just to immediately lose it.

And if you establish yourself in the zone, stop all movement if you don't have the puck and just pass it back and forth along the blue line until the opponent pressures you into a bad pass.
