Let the coaching, begin!

In an effort directed by first-year head coach Marc Trestman to build team unity, players' lockers have been randomly moved around, mixing members of the offense with their counterparts on defense. Previously, lockers were arranged by position group.

That's all good and well until somebody has to walk across the room to borrow a defensive tackle shoe.

LB Arthur Brown is set to visit the Bears

According to walterfootball.com, Ogletree is visiting too.

Nice.

I cant decide which one I'd rather have. Brown is likened to Ray Lewis for being a tad bit 'undersized' but a good leader and very instinctive. Ogletree seems to have all the measurables and he too has good instincts but he's a former safety who can't get off blocks very well.

Ogletree also has some off field issues.

Boise State Woo!!

In other news, Hester is participating in voluntary workouts this week. In fact, per Sean Jensen, "all the key players are there."

RT Tyson Clabo is now a free agent.

Solid player and somebody the Bears should take a look at. Jonathan Scott and Webb aren't exactly intriguing to me.

Bah, just posted this in the other thread. Biggs tweeted he doesn't think it's likely for the Bears. Could be a salary cap issue (agreed) and he said that if Clabo was that good, would he have been released (um, yeah...cuz they're trying to clear salary for Matt Ryan's extension).

Hester on not being a WR anymore....

"I'm fine with it," Hester said Sunday on WLS-AM (via the Chicago Sun-Times). "It was kind of my idea to let me more focus on my kickoff and punt return thing. ... It was more of my idea to do it."

"My door is not closed on the offensive side of the ball," Hester said. "I'm still open to it. But as of right now, I know that I'm going here first into this season as the main kickoff return man. As of right now, that's my main focus -- to get my swagger back."
