This is the issue for me, no one else helps Jay out. Idk, I can't watch the game so I didn't see the int, but I'm not at all surprised Hester would screw up a route

He can't run an offense. His defenses collapse in the 2nd half of the season.

 

His choices for coordinator are extremely suspect.

 

His drafts are marginal.

 

And -- the idea of good discipline and good coaching is out the window.

 

What exactly does Lovie offer as a head coach now?

 

 

His teams are regularly not prepared for the game. His game planning is not only poor, but completely absent. His players don't seem to progress and regularly regress.
