refs are so gutless these days when it comes to putting their arms in the air.

 

You think with the new rule that all scoring plays are reviewed they'd be more willing to call close scores as TDs because it's a free replay.

 

But isn't it the same as the normal replays where there has to be inconclusive evidence to overturn? If so, then it would make sense for the refs to keep calling things the same way, no?
