I want Tice to think long and hard about how he can creatively use Matt Forte.

If he can't figure out the passing game, then at least make use of your most versatile weapon.

I hope more stat sites write how unsustainable the turnovers are.

It's not the turnovers that are unsustainable it's the defensive tds

One thing pointed out often is how forced fumbles are sustainable but *recovering* them is not (its primarily luck) but i think last i checked the Bears aren't really "outperforming" their expected fumble recoveries because they force so many

True. Well they can keep writing that too.

I don't agree with that at all. The best forcer of fumbles is in the secondary, fumbles in the secondary are typically recovered by the D. The most frequent way to force fumbles are on sacks. Those are typically recovered by the D too.

Football outsiders has a whole bit about it, there's an average predictor for fumble recoveries (sort of like BABIP normalizes around a certain number, say, .300) and teams can over or under perform that number

That Offensive Line keeps reminding us why they suck and still not much is done (if there is anything to do at this point) to help it

Maybe we can give Mike Tice another promotion.

Oh man, one of P-Nut or Conte should have picked that off.

This o-line is a joke.

It's so strange, the defense is so good that they are literally joking with each other when they don't get an interception, and the offense is a dumpster fire and really makes me scared

I mean that's been the post-2000s Bears generally, but it still sucks
