I'd love to know how that referee who was looking right at the play didn't see the pushoff. Ridiculous.

I bet he was just sitting back, mouth agape thinking "How cool is this? I get a front row ticket to a game deciding Hail Mary pass."

That game couldn't have ended any more perfectly.

Why are the Packers even going back out there? What's the point? What could the league possibly do if they said no?

Watch the league fine some players for a uniform violation on the last play.

The most egregious thing was the missed offensive PI.

However, I don't see how people are saying it was obviously a pick. The defender had more of the ball, but there's no provision about who "has more of it". If both offense and defense gets the ball, the ball goes to the offense. TOUCHDOWN!

And this might just do it for the refs because there will be bitching. No PAT attempt, huh? Good thing that this doesn't impact the betting line.

jennings didn't have "more of the ball", he had the entire [expletive] thing.

Tate's hand on the ball is between the ball and the chest. Thats why it is a TD

i had forgotten how much of a homer you are from back in 2006

Lucky enuff that I never forgot how much of a JackA** you always are. Next time watch Russell Wilson before making dumb remarks and also read this thread where I am being fair to what happened despite the ludicrious of the game.

I'm not gonna call you a homer, and I've always respected your Seattle fandom, but I have not seen/heard one person besides the officials say that its a Seattle TD. But then again, I've only heard the opinions of the Packers radio network and and the MNF crew.

On a personal note, it's pretty fun that the Packers get a loss that should have been a win.

BUT -- next week, it could be us. This league has lost its foundation. Who are these owners? One of these morons needs to speak up and defend their decision to throw the entire national pastime into chaos. They owe all of us an explanation. What the SAM HELL is going on, and how did you let it get this bad??!!?

Sorry forgot to note that it was a guess as to the reason. In all honesty I was trying to present something that could be. A homer would have been Expletive this and that with jibberish everywhere. Sorry to be so succient and logical

I would have loved to hear the Packers radio and Seattle Radio calls. Unfortuantely, I have the game on mute because my son is asleep in the other room and if you can believe it, I kept it quiet when they called it a TD. Score some Dad points there! :)

Watching it again, the white ref out of the corner of his eye sees the black ref throw his hands straight up to signal stop the clock. I think whitey thought he was signaling touchdown so he threw his hands up in the TD motion. And it stuck.

Poor Packer fans have to plow their farm fields all week long with this loss on their minds.

Expect higher corn prices.

I am 98% certain that the real refs will be back on Thursday.

i was going to post the same thing. the white guy looked like he was waiting to see what the black guy was going to signal, and reacted too quickly to his arms going up

No I understand what you are trying to do. I think thats the most logical case you could make for that being a TD.

Also, you are a true American hero for not waking up your son in jubilation. If that was the Bears, my neighbor's kid would be woken up.
