I said 11 or more because I'm always overly optimistic about my teams. 9 wins would be disappointing. 10 wins and playoffs would be acceptable.

I got my sights set on 10. Certainly room for more, but I think defensive questions, ongoing line issues and offensive adjustments will prevent them from being as good as they have the potential to be.

I'm usually very pessimistic doing this and I still went with 11. Schedule isn't bad at all and I honestly feel the offense will be good enough to carry the D this season. The O-Line is scary, but it should be slightly better with the quicker strike approach, so I think we'll be very good.

I'm going with 11-5, leaning more towards 12-4 than 10-6. I dunno, it seems like we always talk about where this team is weak and lacking and yet the Bears are 18-8 in their last 2 regular seasons with Cutler (14-5 in their last 19 games). This team certainly has talent and coaching. Cutler looked like he was making the leap before being injured last year, the offense is shifting to a style that puts less burden on the O-line, the defense is still kicking and has some interesting young players who can break out. The last time Lovie's job was on the line he took the team to the NFC title game. And I havent even mentioned the improved receiving corps and offensive depth.

I have a pretty good feeling about this team.

11-5

Losses @GB, @ 49ers, @DET

I have those 3 and one to be determined loss.

There's gonna be a home loss/letdown game in there. I was actually thinking Carolina but probably not losing back-to-back home games.

Although that Seattle --> Washington at home 2 years ago was nasty.

We'll win in Lambeau

Off topic, but don't see you talking football much, so I didn't know you were a Bears fan. So how did you wind up as a Celtic fan?

I think that last Detroit game is so hard to pick. Just hard to know how much effort will be put into it. When was the last time the final game of the season mattered?
