I gotta say, Darwin Barney has proven a ton this season to solidify himself as the 2B of the future.

 

I'd like to see him get the OBP up just a little bit, but I agree. As long as he's cheap, there's no reason why he shouldn't be there everyday.

 

Funny note: I know everyone loves his defense, but Baseballreference LOVES his defense. He's got a 4.1 bWAR right now, good for 10th in the National League among hitters. That's compared to 1.7 fWAR. Just weird seeing that big of a difference.
