Whoever the Pistons' GM is just got himself fired in a few years.

Isn't Dumars still there? If so you'd think that would've happened when he blew 90-some million bucks on Ben Gordon and Charlie Villanueva just because they were there.

Did Bilas just say, paraphrasing a bit, that Rivers has questions about being a PG he had more TO than assists and he didn't get to play with a true point guard and had a lot of spot up/jump shooters around him? Pretty sure if you're a good PG those are the guys you want around you, Jay and you should have a + A/T ratio.

Hornets should really take Marshall here over Rivers. He fits with them a lot better, a Marshall/Davis/Gordon (assuming they can re-sign him) core is pretty solid.

I know they want him to play at PG, but I think he's insurance at SG in case Gordon doesn't want to re-sign.

That seems like a bad idea.

And that's an Adam Morrison level goatee. Another weakness.

Wow, someone's getting a steal with Lamb at this point.

Are they not going to re-sign Gordon?

Gordon wants to go to Indiana (partly since his little brother has just hit high school). But the Hornets hold all the cards since he's restricted and the Pacers owner doesn't allow the Pacers to offer restricted free agents offer sheets, so it is still somewhat a long shot.

How in the blue hell does Austin Rivers go in front of him?

Meyers Leonard being drafted ahead of Jared Sullinger was not something I thought would happen a year ago.

At least Ross has size and a position, but yeah also bad.

Oh I totally agree. Rivers will either have to be at PG or be the 6th man and back up Gordon. Unless Gordon bolts to another team then he'll be starting SG.

If I am the Hornets, I would make Rivers the 6th man (still play 30 minutes a game while backing up both PG/SG spot) and coach him on his dribbling/ball handling/etc if you're gonna end up making him a PG. Otherwise, he'll be a combo G in the Tyreke Evans mold.

Which is why you always go pro when you're going to be a lottery pick.

Really hated the Waiters pick at first, but seeing that he's a Hollinger darling makes me feel a little better. Still think they could've traded down a bit to get him though.

This Varejao & #24 for Barnes rumor needs to go away.

Royce White is the most Rockets pick I can think of. White is either going to be a borderline all-star or wash out in like a year.

Zeller is apparently going to the Cavs.

3 picks for Tyler Zeller seems excessive. (24, 33, 34 all going to Dallas for Zeller.)
