So out of money, need and ability, which one was the reason we signed no big free agents last year?

Lack of desire with some lack of money sprinkled on top.

So why aren't those going to continue?

Because that's part of what rebuilding is.

Anyway, I wanna change the bet to just two of one and one of the other. So either two big FAs and a big trade or two big trades and a big FA prior to opening day 2016. $300. Takers?

Buddy and I managed to sneak into Miller Park for a sold out game in September 03 one time. Someone was walking out of a random side door far from the main gates and we just walked right in that door. We basically just acted like SRO once we got in. Just walked around and watched from various areas.

Got pretty lucky considering we drove 90 miles without tickets and then couldn't find any.

Before anyone would take that bet there would have to be an agreement as to what qualifies as "big" (i.e. not Bonifacio, Kalish, Ruggiano, Baker, etc.)

Royals are 14-0 when scoring 4+ runs. They are 0-13 when scoring 3 or fewer runs.

Hosmer and Butler have less combined homers than Travis Wood.

Butler's ISO is .039.

Just .003 below Tony Campana's career mark

Archie Bradley hits the DL with a strained flexor in his elbow. Are there any elite pitchers left unscathed at this point?

Bradley, Walker, Bundy, Taillon, Zimmer, Edwards, Urias, Appel etc etc

Gausman joins this list.

And Billy homers tonight. The duo have tied Travis.

A Moustakas 2B and a Butler HR on the same night is about as rare as it gets.

So what the hell kind of next level signal stealing are the Marlins doing at home?

I knew there was a good reason for them to put that monstrosity in left center.
