there's a lot of fifth-third ballparks in minor league baseball

You could see the smoke 20+ miles away- we could at home. The Tigers have already pledged whatever is necessary to have the stadium up, running, functional, and almost completely rebuilt, by opening day. It's one of the "places to be" here in Grand Rapids, during the summer. Really was/is a nice stadium. Also scheduled to host the MWL all-star game this summer.

My favorite/most depressing part of that article

The Cubs and White Sox are currently tied for last, at 4.5 projected outfield WAR each. Mike Trout is projected for as much outfield WAR as the city of Chicago.

Leave it to ESPN to tie the Cubs curse into it...

A Chicago Cubs curse could fit the bill if Texas Rangers fans are looking for something to blame for Derek Holland's knee injury, which likely will keep him out until midseason.

It was Holland's dog, Wrigley, a boxer, who caused the starter to buckle on the stairs of his home and injure his left knee badly enough that he needed arthroscopic surgery Friday morning to repair torn cartilage.
