Physicals need to be taken, Demp needs to approve, or something else like that, is my guess. Maybe the amount of money exchanging is yet to be finalized or approved by MLB.

Well they have to balance the deal, plus get Dempster to agree to the trade, and then physicals, etc. Sounds like the framework is agreed to, and they're sorting out details. At least from other reports.

I agree with this. As excited as I am over the Demp/Delgado deal, I'd be pretty letdown with Lee as the centerpiece for Garza - unless there's a lot of good quantity included.
