Yes, Dusty, using Aroldis Chapman as a setup guy is totally maximizing his value.

 

The guy is a monster but I don't know much about him. Can he start? Are there concerns his hard throwing and the increased innnings would lead to injury?

They were going to use him as a starter, but then Ryan Madson went down for the year, and since that caused them to shift Marshall to the closer spot, Dusty said they'd be able to make better use of Chapman as the lefty reliever in the pen than a starter.

I'd assume Marmol. Pitched yesterday, but not Tues or Mon.

Russell hasn't pitched in a week.

 

His 0.00 ERA obviously isn't impressive enough.

In their last 3 starts, Dempster, Garza, Samardzija have combined for 22 2/3 innings, allowing 1 run on 7 hits w/ 23 Ks.

 

Wow, That is pretty damn sexy.
