He absolutely did not. And I HATE when the home plate ump makes that call. There's no way Runge had a good view of that.

Fortunately for them the NL doesn't really have a dominant team like the Yankees could be in the AL this year. Don't get me wrong I respect the talent on the Rangers and Angels but eh...Everyone talks about the Rangers lineup and I'd take the Yankees over theirs anyday on a blind, numberless throwaway. Plus, the Rangers' ace is still a pup in good pitcher years...
