I had no idea how bad the flopping and whining were. I knew Blake Griffin had a reputation for it but Chris Paul takes it to another level. I don't see how anyone outside of LA could root for this Clippers team. It's just not basketball. I know Webber jumped on the Memphis fans last night for booing when Blake Griffin went down holding his knee, but hell, he literally falls down like he's been shot every time there's any contact. It's amazing that the refs still fall for this stuff.

Are you kidding me?! Do you even play golf? So you can knock in a 4 footer on the windmill hole at your local mini golf course and you think it's the same thing in professional golf? OK. The article states he missed a sub-5 foot putt at Pebble Beach when he and Phil were in the final group on Sunday. There. And the main point of my initial statement had to do with "clutchness" in his putting, not necessarily about specific putts. In the past, it wasn't even 4 footers. He has rolled in huge 10 footers over and over again. Being asked to name the last time he missed a 4 footer is like being asked when the last time Soriano misplayed a ball in the outfield after making a statement that he is not a good fielder. OK. Enough of the tangent.

Yes, they're just playing around with Denver and intentionally blew Game 5. Come on, give Denver some credit. The Lakers only finished three games ahead of Denver this year so it's not like this is a huge mismatch.

Now the series drags on and even if Kobe does play, I'm thinking Denver wins Game 6. Emotion, home court advantage and the physical drain that was Game 5 will do in the Lakers.

The Lakers beat Denver at home by 3, lost in Denver by 9, won in Denver by 4 and won at home by 6. These teams are pretty close. The Lakers are better at the top but Denver has far more depth. I expected the Lakers to win in Game 5 but I'm not surprised this is going at least six games.
