please take the SEC talk to some forum that [expletive] cares

I was under the impression the the SEC was still a part of college football. My bad. I'll start brushing up on my Northwestern and Purdue knowledge.

let me clarify for you, arkansas is the most boring-ass program to a chicago cubs message board, literally no one who matters thinks about arkansas. no one cares about the sec except maybe missouri or tennessee but all programs should generally be avoided.

This is correct. People on this board much prefer reading your posts crying about every little thing that happens to, in, or around Illinois to discussing an actual good team. Geography is just that damn important.

We get it. It's amusing once or maybe even twice, but now it's just dumb. People are gonna post about whatever teams they want, and that's okay. If we censored them, then we'd have to stop you from your annual "guys, I really think [illinois football player] is underrated, he's gonna be [insanely optimistic projection] in the NFL" posts, and I don't want to censor that type of comedy.

They took a hit when scouts couldn't see them beat all those great Illini athletes senseless anymore.

indeed, the mostly disabled chase gabbert or blaine butterfield or whatever his name is did torch us pretty good, and he's grown by leaps and bounds into the worst quartyerback and biggest mistake in the NFL. but the discussion was about me overrating illini players, and i assume mostly aj jenkins, who went higher than any of the experts projected. i don't see how that's so hilarious. i mean, if i was talking about how tavon wilson, who still went way higher than any missouri player, was going to set the league on fire, sure, you'd have something there.

obviously, sulley is acting like an obstinate idiot, but Abstinence Prime is such a [expletive] good line, I'm willing to forgive him. Possibly a top 10 post all time.

says the texas tech guy whose program is even more worthless than texas

Now you're stealing SSR's lame schtick? You should ban yourself for being more irrelevant than Illinois football.

Oh, okay, you're a "we'll see if they can beat Vandy" guy. Carry on.

I guess I'm now a "told you so" guy.

Not trying to gloat too much. Hell, look at my sig and avatar. My teams are a combined 2-8.

lol, I admire your ability to predict injuries to starting quarterbacks.

Going into the season, my hope was bowl eligibility if Franklin were to get hurt. Unfortunately, he's missed two games now(and early reports are at least a couple more) and the offensive line has been comically decimated with injuries. Really sucks that they're going to have to beat someone like UT or aTm on the road now to make a bowl.

Nope, my point was just that I felt you were underestimating the physical toll of an SEC schedule, and that Vandy was a tough team. That coach is going to get a serious job someday soon.

I don't know if you guys play Auburn this year, but they have passed Ole Miss as the worst team in the SEC. Hell, if we (Ark) had lost today we would be the worst. Kentucky is also awful.
