Got to beat Atlanta if the rest of this season is to mean anything other than being the "Frisky Bad Team".

I think Green Bay against the Rams is probably the most confident I've been about a game in a long, long time. Which means the Packers will lose somehow.

After the Tampa game in 09, I haven't taken a single game for granted against any opponent. I'm not doing anything different with this one.

So the game of the week is probably the Lions vs the 49ers. If San Francisco didn't blow their lead vs Dallas this would be a battle between two 5-0 teams.

looking at the remaining schedule, it's not inconceivable the bengals could finish with 10 wins (vs. indy, @ seattle, vs. cleveland, vs. houston, @ st. louis, vs. arizona, and vs. a possibly resting their starters baltimore in the final week)

Related to that, the AFC North could have a 4 way tie at the end of next week. Both the Bengals and Steelers would probably be favored and Baltimore could easily lose to Houston and Cleveland could beat Oakland.

the 49ers run D is very good, but they have terrible cover safeties and a poor OL in pass protection; sounds like the kind of team we should fare well against (and actually just did)

i feel pretty good about our chances

Oh god, that game. :banghead: :banghead:

Thankfully this one is at home, though.

I'm more confident this game mainly because we are a better team then we were in '09. That season there were times where Green Bay was very inconsistent and they were coming off an incredibly emotional game vs the Vikings (it was Favre's first game back). This year, we have had our issues too but we very well may be the best team in the league, the Rams are awful and it's a home game.. That said, this is a funny league and you never know.

I love watching Cam play. If the Bears aren't on, Carolina is the game I tend to tune into. They'll probably be the "frisky bad team" for the rest of this year, but they are going to be the "IT" team for the next couple years like the Texans and Lions were/are before them.

You should, but their OL talent and Frank Gore might give more trouble than you'd think to expect on offense.

Oh and I've wondered this for a while...who are the good coverage safeties? It seems like every safety's weakness is in coverage, and it makes sense because then they'd be big CBs.

Well OK...Rolle on the Giants...Reed and Polamalu...is William Moore any good out there? Malcolm Jenkins?

You need more praise for this. This was excellent. Changing the letters is a great touch.

Holy crap, just saw this. That's your best, OMC. =D>

Wow I hadn't realized Josh Freeman had been so bad this year. He's already thrown as many picks through five games as he did all of last year. Still a solid QB, but I've always had a feeling he wasn't as great as his 2010 stats indicated.

Mark Sanchez > Josh Freeman.
