Why is GrayMatter always the first tweet when you search Yu Darvish? I hope he signs somewhere other than Toronto just so he has to eat crow.

I have admittedly kind of haphazardly followed the Darvish saga, but is there really anything to go on that suggests the Cubs really have a shot at this?

 

I know they have bid, but I guess we will know soon.

the cubs are really secretive and whatever so if we hear nothing about them being interested they're almost definitely interested

Brett's source reported it was a substantial bid that could win. Cubs bid amount was never really reported/speculated on by the media like the others.

 

Fits the profile of a guy Theo would want (and I think Theo has been interested in him for years now - not that that's saying much).
