that was the most fun ive had watching the bulls in a while. the first two series were stressful cuz we all knew the bulls were better, but they didnt make it easy. that was great. now take game 2 on wednesday!

True, but what I saw tonight is the Bulls team I expected to see in the 1st round against my team. Maybe it is just a case of playing down (and tonight playing up) to the competition.

As amazing as that game was, it's all for nothing if the Bulls lose game 2 on Wednesday. Holding onto home court is going to be important and I hope Thibs keep them focused on the bigger picture, not just on tonite's ass kicking.

the pacers may not be especially skilled down low, but they have strength that bothered the bulls.

Been txting my friends..."dudes Bulls exposed the flaws way more than id imagine". After the first half i was all in. Like the dudes on tv say..Defense and rebound don't streak and this wasnt a DRose please come say us come type of game. Bulls need to keep the energy, it wont be easy but im way more pleased than i was originally. Like i said to myself during game 1 against Pacers, THIS IS A TEAM. And thats POWAH!

Even against Asik on that that step back jump shot. Lebron drove saw nothing as Asik had the footwork and length and then bailed out for a massive step back dribble jumper. Kerr loved that D and i agreed with him, that showed talent on Asik as go ahead and beat anybody with that shot over and over again.

 

I love Asik on D. Dude rotates like a mofo and can actually play one-one-one too.

Bulls bigs can deny Wade & LeBron the paint better than anyone, Heat can't stop average PG's let alone #1, no Heat post presence to stop #1 at the rim, Heat's defensive penchant of over committing to the passing lanes = #1's bread & butter and the Bulls massive depth advantage = Chicago in 7. Then they beat the Thunder in 6. Boom, championship.

True. Miami's bench is so bad. That is the one thing that stood out to me when the Pacers and Heat played during the regular season. The Pacers bench would outscore the Miami bench by 30-40 points in each game and that was enough to keep the P's in those games. The Bulls have the bench depth plus having the Rose running the point and playing great team defense.

Yeah, I actually saw LeBron make a few outside shots that he usually doesn't make. The only shots he consistently makes is a dunk on a fastbreak.

And because I was curious...that was only Miami's third worst loss of the year. They lost by 30 in San Antonio and by 28 in Denver.

Still, for the Bulls to win by 21 you'd think the Heat would have had to play terrible or the Bulls would have had to shoot lights out...and neither happened (OK, the Bulls shot 48% from 3 point range, but 42% from the field overall).
