I know I have a great hatred for Haslem from the '06 and '07 playoffs, I want to say he clothes-lined Kirk, was there something else or just general thugery?

Him and Noce had a few skirmishes in the 06 playoff series. In one, him and Noce got tangled up and I believe Haslem was called for the foul and he responded by throwing his mouthpiece, which got him an immediate ejection from the game, and a suspension in the next game.

They would anyway, have you seen the unemployment rate in chicago?

Unemployment rate by metro area (as of March 2011)

Miami/Ft. Lauderdal/Pompano Beach: 10.9%

Chicago/Joliet/Naperville: 8.9%

Don't let facts get in the way of a good trolling argument.

Dudez, its the stupid midwest AKA rust belt. Everyone is unemployed, including the backwards city of Chicago.

If anyone has free time today, this is a fun read....

This is a truely sad collection of NBA fans. These are the front runners. Those weird fans that don't have allegiance to a team but to players.

I saw one guy in that thread mention how Barkley was his favorite player growing up but now he hates him because he picked the Bulls.

I saw a different poster state that Reggie Miller was his favorite but he hates him now because he was excited over the Gibson dunks.

Yet another had a picture of Jordan in his signature that had he and Wade shooting the same shot.

Transient NBA fans are really sad. Almost as sad as the ridiculously horrible grammar.

LeBron and Wade combined for 33 points last night, which was the second lowest combined total they've had all year. On November 22, they combined for 28 points against Indiana in a 16 point home loss (Wade scored 3 on 1 for 13 shooting from the floor and 1 for 5 shooting from the line).

I'm guilty of this too at times of frustration, but it's funny how when your team is getting beat, its always the refs fault first, then its the coach's fault, then its all one individual scapegoat player's fault, then its the team "not focused" or "not having enough heart". Only then will they admit that maybe their team isnt as good as the other, at least on that night.

James Posey was the Heat who clotheslined Kirk.

That Gibson dunk was so sudden, so unexpected, that I flipped my [expletive].

I woke my daughter up yelling at that.

My whole family was asleep upstairs during the 2nd Gibson dunk and I just dropped on the floor and screamed into the carpet. My son had just gone to sleep around the 1st dunk so I just pumped my fist and did some crazy kicking motion that my wife thought was interesting.

Anytime, I yell and cheer at the Bulls when my 4yo son is awake, even if he's in the other room, he'll yell "Gimme the hot sauce!"

me and my daughter have this thing, when something like the gibson dunks happen, i yell "WHO RUN BARTERTOWN?"

and she yells "MASTER BLASTER!"

Going to be interesting. Because we know that won't happen again. Wade and James will not be held down twice in a row. Of course, that's going to have to come at the expense of someone. Which means, Bosh will be taken out of the game, and the Heat are not as good of a team when Bosh isn't active on the offensive end. So, the Heat better be careful what they wish for.

On that second dunk I screamed at the top of my lungs, did a full roundhouse (Chuck Norris style), and kicked in my TV.

refs take the lead at the half. bron n bosh in foul trouble...bulls off rebounds provide an illusion of competitive baskeball.

Mentally the BULLS ARE AFRAID of us. SO as long as we stop making silly stupid brain fart errors, and LET WADE WAKE UP, we should win this series.

Game 2 isn't until Wednesday, and Game 3 not until Sunday? Good lord.

Hopefully Sunday afternoon.

Nope, I believe its already scheduled for 7:30 CT Sunday Night. TNT has the ECF exclusively, so Sunday afternoon games on ABC arent gonna happen this series.

Oh and then there is this one guys signature:

*Bulls after Jordan: 55 wins

*Cavs after Lebron: 19 wins.

Lebron is the chosen one.

About gave my wife a heart attack with my leap out of the chair and scream all at the same time. Rewound the DVR and watched it over and over after that.

Pure transfer of adrenaline that you just don't experience that often.

I think what was so amazing about that slam was the build up. Aside from a brief run by the Heat, the bulls were adding and adding to the lead, and then Gibson basically punctuated the whole night even after the stars (Rose and Co) were all pulled from the game.

it couldn't have happened at a better time

Haha wat? I'm pretty sure that 72% of people didn't pick the Bulls before the series.
