have you seen the crowds at wrigley? granted it's the pirates, but the first series of the year and half the seats are empty. the cubs weren't good last year, don't look to be good this year and haven't made the type of signings that get people excited.

I've been pretty apathetic since about April 2010. There is just a general sense of apathy from Cubs fans right now. Not all but many. Its why the crowds are dwindling, its why the game threads and Cubs posts in general have dropped significantly from 2 years ago.

I realize he's just eating an inning in a game we're not going to win. Why not bring up someone else and give them a chance? His career statistics are terrible. He looks terrible now. He's always looked terrible. He shouldn't be on the roster.
