I know you guys said Oladipo is really improved, but I can't imagine him even touching the ball is a good idea in that situation.

 

I don't know, you figure he's going to draw contact and he's hitting his free throws tonight.

I know that, I mean what a horrendous coach in that he clearly told them to foul, and not a single one made an attempt to.

See above. The guy was on Jones the whole way down, never made an attempt.

Cals a clown, thank god it's him getting these studs and not someone with a clue.

Man I hate Verdell Jones.

 

He had no [expletive] clue what he was doing on that play. They should've just not guarded him and watched him trip over his feet as he got close to the rim.

Yeah, that's the downside to his 1 and done program. Jones sitting on the bench pouting most of the second half, 18 turnovers, yada yada. Stupid freshman mistakes.

Get off it. If there is ever a justification for rushing the court that most certainly was it.

 

A 3 at the buzzer to beat #1?

 

I'm sure Purdue and Illinois fans would have just politely applauded on the way out to their cars.
