Well, it's getting awfully close to that time, so I figured I'd post this thing.

 

A brand new season awaits. Will Jim Hendry finally get fired? Will Carlos Pena defeat the dreaded Mendoza Line? Will Z cause someone grave bodily harm? All this and more will be decided in the coming months as we prepare to sign Albert Pujols in the off season. Hooray.

It was a fading brand IMO. They needed to expand to become more relevant and they needed cash to expand. AB stepped up with the cash. Goose was "ok" as a niche supplier but attempts beyond that were poor at best. I'm indifferent really.

My 1st ever. I Think I'm gonna brave the idiocy at Stretch for Waddle & Silvy pre-game

I'll be in Wrigleyville all weekend as a buddy of mine just moved up there. I have some excellent tickets behind home plate for Saturday but I'll spend game time Friday in a bar. I've spent some time in basically every bar around there but I'm not sure which one to go with for a full game since I've never done that. Any recommendations?
