Because he is a better all-around shooting guard than what they have now.

this has played exactly like the game at golden state. bulls get a little lead in the second, golden state closed the gap, got up by 7-9, then extended the lead in the 4th and never looked back. ugh, this would be an awful loss.

Because he is a better all-around shooting guard than what they have now.

Thats not saying much, but Hinrich would be a marginal upgrade over what they have(starting) right now. Plus Hinrich is rumored to be going to Atlanta for Jamal Crawford.
