Didn't this stadium cost some insane amount of money? Put a frickin roof on it.

 

 

I'm of the opinion that every new sports stadium should have a retractable roof.

 

A lot of Indiana taxpayers would disagree with you. For the Colts it was a cool waste of $75 million. They closed the roof on the beautiful day that was last Sunday, 80 degrees and sunny out. Why? Because it wasn't 72 degrees, the temperature they keep the stadium at when the roof is closed. I believe they had it open for one of their games earlier this season, but guaranteed it won't be open for any remaining games this season as the temperature drops. That's a pretty bad return for 10% of the stadium cost.

Saw the replay of the final play on ESPN during a commercial for the Hawks game and that really frustrates me. How in the hell is that not a penalty? That was much more obvious than the face mask against Arizona.

The NFL hates Rodgers for not being Brett Favre.

 

It's going to be awesome watching Flynn play QB next week (although I hope they do. I'd rather Rodgers sit out if he has a concussion.)

I think Mark Sanchez will be a pretty good QB. Always liked him but he has thrown the ball 29 times already. While LT is busting off over 6 yards a carry. Come on Rex.

It was raining pretty hard. And its not like his WR have helped him out that much this game.

Lol this MIGHT be the first time in 18 years that you have to start a game with a backup qb and packers fans are acting like the universe is conspiring against them. Not necessarily you but I've heard from a lot of Packers fans today.

In spite of all that rain you have to be able to make a 5 yard pass to a wide open receiver. And he certainly could have not overthrown Holmes on that deep pass when there was no rain. Just saying there would be a much wider point differential if Sanchez was having a better day. He did throw a catchable td pass to Keller if there wasn't a monsoon.
