Poor Lions.

 

While the Packers are still a dangerous team, I'm becoming less scared of them each week. They were just outgained by 170 yards at home against a team led by Shaun Hill. Their offense is one-dimensional (although so is the Bears offense at this point) and their special teams continues to be very bad. And while the Vikings are still a good team, their schedule is over the next four weeks is ridiculously difficult.

 

It could be our division to lose. Don't mess it up.

That game was ugly for the Packers. I'm hoping it was a hangover from the Bears game/sucking after a short week. We are going to have issues with the good teams on the schedule if that happens again.

 

On the other hand it was nice to see the run game finish it off. Didn't see that coming either.

oh, and i couldn't believe how well the OL did in pass blocking, but that goes hand in hand with how well Hill played too

Carolina did a fantastic job snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. If Captain Munnerlyn doesn't fumble a punt we probably win the game.

 

Clausen looked lost at times today, but overall was 100x better in start 2 than in start 1, and the defense and running game played alright. If we can match that performance next week, the Bears game is winnable, but if not we'll get easily beaten again.

don't they mess with running backs or something in houston? seems like slaton had a big rookie year and the next year he had a rough start and they just stopped giving it to him.
