WAC's not off to a bad start. They have possibly the 2 worst teams in the FBS, but they also are pretty decent across their top 5-6 teams, it appears. Of course, 3 of those teams are leaving for the MWC...

Kansas is going to finish with 4-5 wins and you're going to look at those wins compared to the losses and be like "what in the [expletive]?"

They'll end up with wins over GT, K-State, A&M, Mizzou/Okie State and another

I'm not an ISU fan, but Iowa needs them to look good and make another bowl now. It's looking like they could actually end up beating conference some teams this year.

The Big12 North is gonna suck something fierce again this year.

Holy hell did anyone see Corso in the discussion of Boise? Just sad. Thee man can't talk anymore but they keep running him out there so they can do the headgear bit. Called Va tech West Virginia, then called them the Huskies, then said the top teams would have to lose twice before "BC beasor, Boise gets in the championship game. Boise blasss meomies. Blasie myomy".

He just guaranteed a Hawk win. He picked AZ.

Nathan Scheelhaase (ILL QB) is going to get himself killed... He's tried to jump over defenders at least 3 times already in this game... he's athletic enough to get away with it against NIU maybe, but if he tries to do that against a defense like Ohio State or Iowa he'll get drilled

That was one of the stranger pass interference calls I've seen. The ball was overthrown by a good 10-15 yards and landed out of bounds, so there's no way it would have been catchable, but two different officials threw the flag.

I don't think Michigan should be ranked anymore.

You mean there may have been premature media climaxing over a fast start with a new qb? No way. Well at least the same thing hasn't happened recently.

Good job, UMass. Two TD's in the final minute by Michigan and they'll lead at half and get the ball back in the 3rd quarter.

Umass is making Michigan's defense look like a bunch of Pop Warner players. I fear for the start of the Big Ten season.

Was it you that last week said that you were starting to worry about Michigan? It was you or another Iowa fan. When you said that, UM was up 21-7 over ND. From that moment until your comment above, Michigan got outscored 34-14. Luckily UM has scored 28 unanswered since that point but UMass is carving up UM's D yet again and about to score.

This season is starting to look like a mirror image of last year.

The defense looks just as poor as the last 2 seasons. They can't stop anything. Michigan and Denard are going to have to put up huge numbers every week and we're going to have to pray for turnovers.

I agree....Big Ten teams are going to demolish UM. After seeing a performance like this, you have to wonder if UM can even make a bowl game.

The key will be whether we can beat either Purdue or Illinois (assuming we beat Indiana). Last year we were unable to because our defense couldnt stop them for long stretches of the game.

Why is Michigan ranked?

Because Michigan and ND are a big rivalry game every season and without fail the winner becomes ranked no matter how bad they actually are.

People might want to start thinking about that in future years.
