Yep that was nice. Too bad they had the two fairly unnecessary penalties by Dunc and Toews led to that tying goal though. Little puck luck on the game winner to help out.

Just noticed that if we get the 8 seed Vancouver would be the one seed as of right now (tied with Detroit so that could be change). We aren't winning the cup but ripping their hearts out as an 8 seed would be awesome.

 

Back to this game, I've still never seen the Hawks hit a penalty shot. How does the puck hit all three posts and not go in.

The PK needs a serious overhaul. If Kitchen is coaching it, he needs to be gone.

pulling the goalie when you have a PP is stupid. really stupid.

 

not only is it unneccessary, but it allows the other team to shoot at the empty night from their own zone without the fear of icing.

 

you should have had another minute of guaranteed PP time to tie the game up, and you choose to give them the opportunity of taking that away and ending the game on one lucky shot. stupid.

I looked it up and I think the count was five (Including the Black Hawks after the 38 cup).
