Well I'll take the point considering we played pretty terrible most of the night. Turco should've had that last one, but he played pretty darn well most of the game. Wish I could watch Saturday, but I'll be working all day and night.

I missed big chunks of this game but based on what I saw:

 

I thought Leddy looked better as the game went on. I think when he makes a mistake I'm going to just pretend that he's really Sopel.

 

Is there some rule that says Seabrook and Keith each have to make at least one terrible turnover per game?

 

Kopecky played better last night than he did any point during the last regular season.

 

I think Turco will be fine. Niemi would have given up 6 last night with the way the defense played early.

I noticed both things. Kopecky impressed me in the playoffs, and he seemed to have a positive impact against last night and I don't remember much from him in the regular season. Hossa is also a real force.

That was one of the worst games I've ever seen Seabrook play. Leddy was really bad at the beginning but I also thought he settled down after the first period.

 

Turco made a few really good saves but he should've stopped the last goal. He was decent, though. Glad to get a point on the road. Let's get two tonight.
