Fontenot got his hand on the plate before McCann was even done turning so he would have been safe.

Yeah. It's a borderline ad that is trying to appeal to the guys who know what pushing themselves does. I don't like it but the ad I think is meant for a small percentage of guys.

2008 was the only year we could take a situation where we weren't getting good contact against a pitcher and were able to string a rally together by working the count and situational hitting, as well as a bit of luck sometimes mixed in.
