i've been banging this drum for a while. kreutz needs to go for myriad reasons, not the least of which is the fact that he's just no good anymore.

move beekman to center and omiyale to tackle and sign two guards, one being mankins. or sign two guards and a tackle and use omiyale as depth.

One thing thats constantly overloked is how many different QB's have had issues with the snap from center. There's only ever been one constant back there.

He needs to go. Overrated, old and expensive.

And for all the crap Grossman took over that, it was really Kreutz to a large degree.

I'm in my fantasy championship game. I'm 11.8 points ahead with all games played by my team. My opponent has one player left.....the Minnesota defense. But I'm in full "root against the Bears so Lovie will get fired" mode.....*sigh*

The Bears will work out two punters this morning at Halas Hall, according to sources close to the players.

Richmond McGee and Glenn Pakulak will compete for what could be at least a roster spot for tonight's game against the Minnesota Vikings at Soldier Field.

Veteran Brad Maynard, who has missed just one game in his 13-year career, is questionable with a left groin muscle injury that cropped up last Wednesday. Maynard and special teams coordinator Dave Toub both told the Tribune Saturday that the plan is for him to play tonight.

I've got a really bad feeling that Cutler shreds the Viking safeties and Favre has a horrible game in a Bears win.

Just because your QB is a drama queen doesn't mean you have to be one. The Bears are like the Skins, they are just playing out the string. So if the Vikings can't beat the Bears then your team won't last long in the playoffs.

I thought the Panthers were just going to be playing out the string last week too. Then they came out with a beatdown. The Vikings have played two primetime road games this year and have played awful in each. The o-line and defense have been bad on the road lately. Combine all that with Favre's terrible history in the cold lately and I don't see a Vikings blowout.

Vikings are going to win, so why are you concerned?

PLEASE WIN BEARS

PLEASE PLEASE

Haha...more non-Bears fans rooting for the Bears this week than actual Bears fans are.

It's better for us if we just lose out. I can't root against them, but I'm terrified if they win it will cause our fearless leaders to subject Beardom to another season of Lovie and his clown posse.

I want to see Favre lose.

But I want Lovie (and Angelo?) out even more.
