Ugh, beaten by a guy named "Hunter". puke

Wow, I had no idea that Hunter became a top 50 name in the 90s. Weird

When I was teaching I had a student named Gunner. It gave me douche chills every morning to call out his name.

I dont think the refs screwed Nebraska...the only real bad call was the first PI. They also had the kickoff that was downed at the one that was a bad call that went Nebraska's way.

That first PI call directly led to three points.

I thought the 2nd PI was way worse than the 1st one. The 1st one could've been holding, but it definitely wasn't PI.

Gunner is at #471 from nothing 20 years ago, and still rapidly increasing in popularity

But it got Nebraska out of having Texas downing the pooch punt inside the 5 also.

A Florida loss, Nebraska win, and then a TCU win would've made this entire season worth it.

I have never been more distraught about the outcome of a game in which I didn't have a direct rooting interest.

Should Mack Brown or Colt McCoy get the blame for not realizing how much time was left on the clock?

didn't mccoy say in the postgame that he looked up and saw that there was 15 seconds on the clock? I think it has to start with him, though Brown deserves some for not calling a frigging time out.

if mccoy takes one more step or throws the ball 5 yards further downfield, i might have passed out from laughter

i just wanted the OU fan trifecta of usc, florida and texas losing in the same day. After this miserable season, i think i deserve it.

also, if i had seen tebow and mccoy both cry tonight, i would have coach urban meyer'd in my pants

i really think tcu could give bama a run for their money. texas... probably not unless mcelroy melts down.

Definitely. TCU has a better chance at beating Alabama than Texas. TCU's defensive speed is fantastic.

So we've got:

Texas-Alabama in the title game

Oregon-Ohio State in the Rose Bowl

Florida in the Sugar

Georgia Tech in the Orange

TCU and Cincinnati are for sure in and probably Boise. Then Iowa/Penn State, I assume.

How does everything shake out?

I'm hoping TCU gets Florida and Boise gets either Cincinnati or GT with Iowa/Penn St getting the other.

I'm hoping Boise gets the other Big Ten team and TCU gets Florida.

I think Boise-Cincinnati has a chance to be an amazing offensive game and would love that game.

Another thing I forgot about. The clock doesn't stop when the ball hits the ground, it stops when the whistle blows, and there is always a delay. That game should have been over.

Whistle blew with 1 second. I heard it with mine own two ears.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a Cincy/TCU bowl game, with the winner getting votes for #1.

The USA Today/Coaches poll must pick the winner of the BCS title game as their no. 1 team. Perhaps they would get votes in the AP Poll though. And I would love Cincy/TCU. If TCU gets Florida, then it would be the 2nd year in a row a non-BCS team gets the "letdown" team and people would unfairly say that team doesn't want to be there and didn't play well.
