Glad to see our Cobs finish the season on a somewhat respectable note by finishing over .500. Not too long ago, that would have been considered a pretty big success on the northside, instead of this disapointment.

However, I think with just the right tweaks, this team should be pretty good next year and I remain optimistic. Aramis and the rejuvenated DLee is a pretty good place to start your lineup.

No, not at all. Just with the expectations of this year and what materialized, it was a horrid season. It definitely wasn't as bad as the final week and a half of the 2004 season, but it was still pretty bad.

Do you have the Direct TV Sunday Ticket iPhone app?

My friend has that, and he says its awesome. He can watch all NFL games on his iPhone and the quality is amazing.

That said, if that is the case, good luck getting reception at Wrigley. I have AT&T and the service there is awful. I am almost never able to load any webpages from Wrigley (or any major stadium).

I'm pissed about that to. There are not enough WS fans outside of Chicago that would justify letting the Sox have the last WGN telecast of the season. I wish yesterday's Cubs game was on CSN and today's on WGN. Oh well, at least there is football on today so that I can continue to ignore the WS broadcast.
