I wonder if the Cubs aren't betting on games, seems like they always give a few runs up when they have big 9th inning leads.

It's a good thing the Reds wait until the 9th inning to play baseball. Otherwise, we may not have swept this series. I realize it ain't over yet, but Greg is coming in for another monster 1-out save. Goody.

Just leave Gregg on the bench for once. Holy christ.

Lou's done a really good job of setting things up today and not having to use Marmol or Gregg, plus getting Reed into the game in a good spot.

 

Yeah, the "Lou is an idiot" thread may actually be quiet after this game

Does Gregg have an incentive clause based on number of saves?

 

i don't think that's possible, maybe games finished.
