Are all your recruits gonna qualify now?

 

From what Ive recently heard, yes. hopefully no one took the tests for them. There was a rumor that John Wall wasnt going to qualify and therefore play pro ball in Greece but turns out that was just a rumor. I recieved some bad news on Tuesday from my source in lexington telling me that our redshirt 4-star foward Matt Pilgrim and juco transfer point guard Kevin galloway are leaving Kentucky. They both could have been great players under Cal. If we can get jodie back we have a chance at a final four without him we are a Sweet 16 caliber team.

Wall is the only one in real doubt though, right?

Brenly ripping them isn't going to do much. Lou needs to invite the media in, then rip the team a new one.

 

If Lou doesn't erupt like Mt. St. Helens, he's gotta go.

 

So Brenly ripping them won't accomplish anything, but if the manager does it will?

 

Brenly isn't in charge and has no power. Lou is and does.

 

The power to make his insults make a difference? Unless Lou actually puts different people in the lineup his bitching isn't going to change a damn thing. Do you think the problem is that these guys don't know that Lou would like them to play better?

Well actually I havent seen an update on Daniel Orton either. Apparantly he has not qualified either. on Kentuckysportsradio.com it has been reported numerous times that all 6 recruits were going to qualify, but im still waiting for taht to become official.

It's compounded by him not being able to do anything with pitches he can usually get a hit off of. It's not like he's only been getting pitches he can't usually hit. He's a streaky hitter, as we all know, but this latest slump has been going on for almost a month. Given the knee issues that have been bugging him, it's pretty obvious he needs to be sat a few games or put on the DL.

well when he's hot he doesn't do it as much. i guess it's just amazing that this has been going on for a month and a half now. from april 29 to now he's hitting .197 with a .257 OBP. not that everyone else isn't sucking either, but they need him with ARam hurt and instead he's going through probably the worst stretch of his career.
