Yeah, seemed like he kept changing his mind about what was a strike. I thought in a couple of Geo's at bats he took strikes that were called balls. I also thought in Theriots he went a foot off the corner.

The ump couldn't make up his mind about those belt-high pitches that were a few inches off the plate. It was definitely a pain in the rear.

From what little information about the situation I have, it seems as if the problems might originate with the feed itself and not with MLB's media, i.e. the audio that WGN streams to Gameday Audio is the culprit, as I've read some reports of the audio dropping from the streaming feed during today's game.

 

If this is the case, the feed may not be archived; MLB can't archive a feed they don't have unbroken and in full. I will, certainly, keep you posted. If this game's feed isn't archived, I can likely still get the single HR call from tomorrow's eventual archived feed, since the archives include the pregame shows and 720 usually does the week in review as part of the Sunday pregame.
