Trust me...he looked awesome. One of the runs that scored was unearned. The other was your typical solo HR that Rich allows. Other than that, the only other trouble he got in was due to another Theriot error that eventually loaded the bases. He has mixing between 97-91 on his fastballs, and locating them well. It was the Harden of August 08.

6 relievers in 2 innings... I don't have the game on TV (because I don't have a Tv at the moment), but just watching the gameday box score I was scratching my head as to why. I'm assuming he was playing the matchups and all that, but was it really necessary?

keener---didnt mean to be a "prick" (thanks for being one yourself)... just seems that bruce is thought awfully highly of here... since he's so "in tune" with nsbb, you'd think people here would implore him to ask tough questions. yet they don't. and he doesn't.
