I got Giants-Ravens in the Bowl.

I can't see the Ravens winning three straight games on the road in the playoffs.

They'll be favored over Miami but I don't think they'll beat Tennessee and if they win that one they'll likely get either Pittsburgh or Indy in the next round.

I'm leaning towards a Manning-Manning Super Bowl right now.

I am just estatic that we don't have to hear about the freakin' Patriots till the offseason.

With that said......it wouldn't surprise me if it's a Steelers/Panthers. (I know, I know, I prolly just cursed those two teams, but wth.)

you do know that would mean that the colts won 3 straight road games?

I guess in regard to the best matchups for the Titans, I'll be pulling for Baltimore this weekend.

That'll guarantee we only have to play one of the Colts/Steelers and it'll be in the AFC Championship game. Despite the Chargers having Norv Turner as their coach, I'm a little torn on who I want to see win the Indy/SD game. If the Chargers are on and Turner doesn't screw things up, they could be a tougher matchup than the Colts. The chances of Norv Turner beating Peyton Manning and Tony Dungy are next to nothing, though, so I'm not too worried.

Happy now? :D

I guess it could happen, but with the way the Colts have been playing I'll be shocked if the Chargers upset them.

Nothing about that game makes me happy.

That game isn't terribly indicative, I don't think (hope). The Chargers are worse and the Colts are better (at least from that point; they were without Freeney, and any semblance of a pass rush, in that game). I think the Colts win, but it's the worst possible matchup against an 8-8 team ever.

No kidding. Especially since the Colts should have faced Denver - a much better matchup.

I'll be pulling for ya'll to win the first two games, though. And then I'll hope you're too tired to show up for the AFC Championship game (assuming the Titans can win the divisional round). :D

Yep. I think Indy can win three straight on the road but I don't think Baltimore can.

A source says that in 2010 the NFL will play the Pro-Bowl the week prior to the Super Bowl in Miami. I have mixed feelings towards this. Yes the Pro Bowl is anticlimactic, but what players scheduled to play in the Super Bowl are going to play in the Pro Bowl and risk injury?

Considering all the players that opt out of the Pro Bowl anyway, I don't think it's a bad idea.

Another idea would be some kind of a league-wide bye in the middle of the season with the Pro Bowl that week.
