Im having a hard time seeing Utah as a top 10 or BCS team. Of the teams Michigan has lost to Utah is probably the 3rd least impressive teams ive seen them lose to this year. Hell Wisky gave UM the game and the first half they did more to Michigan than Utah did over any such stretch. The Utah game was UM's first game and they shot themselves so many times in the foot with fumbles and botched plays on offense, it looks good in the box score for Utah but not necessarily because of what they did but what UM did to themselves.

Apparently Tebow played the last two games with a knee injury. He's healthy now, or so they say. Tell that to LSU and Kentucky. I'm sorry Georgia.

I woulda thought your knees would be the ones that were sore.

The Lou Holtz/Mark May battle last night regarding tomorrow's game was like watching two [expletive] donkeys attempt to attack one another. However, May's assertion that LeSean McCoy will rush for 200 yards is ludicrous. Javon Ringer took like 40 carries to get 200 against ND and I really doubt McCoy will have that many carries. And ND's defense has improved since September. This should be a very entertaining game, though. I think the Irish win but I'm not overly confident about it.

* Thanks to girlfriend Kim Kardashian, Reggie Bush has hired a new attorney who is determined to settle the lawsuit with Lloyd Lake and Co. (News of this was first reported by the Orange County Register.)

Part of the settlement, no doubt, will be a gag order — meaning it’s highly unlikely the NCAA will ever undertake a full-scale investigation, meaning it’s highly unlikely any punishment will ever be administered.

* However, several contacts said they expect the Trojans to get hit by the NCAA on the basketball front in regards to the O.J. Mayo allegations.

This may just be the best post ever on the site, and nothing has ever been more true. Thanks SSR

There's really only two things I'm hoping for from the Vols the rest of the year.

#1 - DO NOT lose to Steve Spurrier. However we do it, we need desperately to beat that man.

#2 - Beat Vandy and Kentucky. I don't dislike either, but I won't hear the end of it if we lose to the Commodores, and I'd like to see the streak (close to 20 years, I believe) of beating Kentucky alive.

Otherwise, the Vols can do their worst. With this horribly anemic offense and the strong possibility of two of the past four years under .500, if this season costs Fulmer his job, it's probably deserved.

The streak over Kentucky is 24 years. Longest in the NCAA. Fulmer's job is already gone, if you believe some people close to the program. The question is, will he retire, or will he make Hamilton fire him?

Yeah, I've been hearing - and assumed - that his goose was cooked completely after the Bama game. It's hard to back him at this point, though I'm afraid a lot of Tennessee fans are pushing for change just for the sake of change.

I'm afraid most expect a Bruce Pearl-esque turnaround, when the likelihood is that there's a very good chance we'll take another dropoff under a new coach. Fulmer's a very good coach, there aren't that many better than him out there.

Besides, Ole Miss would be the Big 10 second best team, period. Have you seen Ole Miss play? Of course not, cause you're allergic to tough hard nose football.

Ehhh....they are much better than their record suggests, but I think you are way off on what you are saying. They might could be 4 or 5 in the Big 10, but definitely not top two.

I'm getting nervous on tomorrow's game and no longer going to Lubbock.

Over/Under is currently at 72.5. I want to take the over, but both teams I think are going to try to control the clock a little more than usual. Texas only had 8 possessions against OSU last week.

with no PSU game I've yet to figure out what game I'll watch. Probably Georgia/Florida and Texas/TT

Seems like pretty easy choices to me :-)

not going out onto too much of a limb there. Usually I'll go Big 10 first, but the most intriguing matchup is, what, Northwestern vs. Minnesota? YAWN

Texas Tech can control the clock?

I don't know, usually I would say no but I keep hearing about their new found running game and OSU had a pretty good game plan even though Texas had chances and should have won by at least 14.
