I didn't mean to make it sound like the seats are bad because they aren't, they are really good in fact. Just something to keep an eye out for.

Does anyone know if there is a listing of ticket prices by game somewhere? I'm trying to get a jump start on unloading some tickets before the season, but I'm not sure how to figure my costs for each individual game.

What section are you in? (Bleachers, OF Box, etc). They handed out a half sheet of paper with each price per game based on whether the game is marquee, silver, platinum, etc. I happened to keep it, so let me know what section you're in and I'll type it in.

I hadn't seen that before, but I went back and looked through my paperwork and found that sheet, so I'm all set. Thanks!

Had made total peace with my decision to decline...and then the Cubs call me and suck me back in. Rationally I know I would take a decent loss next year and it is an obvious risk moving forward. Irrationally, I also know that if the Cubs become "good" soon I'll regret not doing it. Would be totally happy just getting to the break even point every year, just worried that isn't likely.

Any advice?

If they make the WS in 2015, for example, what's it worth to you to be there?

You aren't helping the rational side of my brain, ha!

Wonder how many people have bought them in their lifetime with that same thought in mind?

Just hard for me also considering the fact I could only make 5-6 games a year personally, at best.

I live in West Loop and don't plan on going to anymore than 20 games a year. Basically expecting a $1,000 loss this season on nights/weekends.

FWIW, last year I was able to sell most of my bleacher tickets at the season ticket face value for most games through early August or so (and then nobody wanted to go to games).

Is it reasonable in your opinion to expect to at minimum break even when the team is competitive?

Seems perfectly reasonable to me. It is also reasonable to expect to take big losses until then.

Here are the dates I have available to sell right now:

April 10, 11, 12, 14, 17, 18, 29, 30

May 1, 2, 3, 5, 13, 14, 15

June 10, 12, 13

July 7, 29, 31

August 1, 2, 12, 14, 20, 30

September 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

I'm just looking to sell these using the Cubs' official ticket sale/transfer service via tickets.com, so hopefully this post isn't against any board rules.

Are you able to see your tickets listed in your tickets.com account? I can't see anything and I have a feeling my account is screwed up because it has no record anywhere of me being a season ticket holder.

They sent you the e-mail with the account number and password, right? You should be alright if you got that.

They did, but my account was messed up from the beginning. It has never showed any payment due or anything on my To Do list. I had to call to pay for my tickets because I never got the option on my account. I guess I'll call them again tomorrow.

Anyone get a package from 1060 W. Addison today (that actually originated in Arkansas)?
