I almost cannot watch this. I will be going to sleep early tonight. I wanted to watch Derrick play a complete game, but this team sucks so [expletive] badly.

I know what you are saying though. Horrible picks.

 

I don't get mad at these games, as long as Rose plays well. It's a funny feeling to mentally punt a season but at the same time have a crap load of interest in it.

 

I loved, loved, LOVED the 04-05 Bulls. I honestly don't think I gained more enjoyment from a regular season than that team, Cubs included. I loved the players, everything about them. Fast forward all 4 years, and I could care less about any of them besides Rose. Can't stand Hinrich, dislike Deng, am meh about Gordon, etc.

Yeah, I loved that 04-05 team too. Curry was finally starting to perform at a high level, the defense was absolutely unreal, and everyone on that team just wanted to win each and single game. It really was something to watch, especially considering how crappy these last couple of years were. Sure we may have won more games in the 06-07 season, but that 04-05 team was much more fun to watch IMO.

 

I find it quite amusing that Aldridge is tearing Tyrus a new one.

Yeah, perhaps you forgot the game where WE SET THE RECORD FOR LEAST POINTS EVER IN AN NBA GAME (49).

 

That wasn't even the worst game. The worst game was MJ's first game back in Chicago for the Wizards. The score ended up being like 75-61 or something like that. I was just an embarassing atrocious game.

This is reaching epic levels of frustration

 

ETA: I'd keep Rose out for almost the entire second half. He's gotten big minutes this season and will need to cut that down a bit. No need to keep him out there when the team is playing like [expletive]. Leave Hughes, Hunter, Thabo, Gray, and Gooden out there for the second half.

I'd keep him in long enough to hopefully get 10 points so he can keep his streak going.

Yes, they're on their way to a 5-7 record with a rookie coach and rookie point guard vs the 3rd hardest schedule in the NBA.

Portland's full court press has taken Rose out of the game and our adjustment has been to give it to Gordon so he can dribble around for 20 seconds and jack up a long jumpshot.

 

Absolutely horrid interior defense. This team has no recognition of team defensive principles. Just shockingly bad.

 

Del Negro gets an F- for his performane thus far. Has anyone actually sein him uttering words on the sideline towards his players or the referees?
